Andrew R. Coulson
Andrew R. Coulson is President of the MIND Research Institute’s Education Division and responsible for all matters related to expansion and implementation in the schools, development, marketing/public relations and staff management. Mr. Coulson brought 17 years of experience in operations, quality, and management of engineering and high tech business, transferring technology from R&D to production. As head of operations, in 1998 Andrew guided a $20MM instrumentation company into ISO 9001 quality compliance. Andrew also brings experience as the education program officer for a major Orange County foundation and as CEO of a TV/internet media company He was awarded a BS and MS in Physics from UCLA.
