Since 2008 MIND has conducted comparative analyses for geographical cohorts of 5 or more elementary schools as they use ST Math for their first one to three years. The cohorts typically number 1,000 students or more. The schools are typically from the lower 30% of statewide math performance, and are matched to comparison schools similar in location, math performance, and demographics. The average growth in math proficiency for the schools using ST Math is compared to growth at the comparison schools not using ST Math.
